1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bbjili online gaming platform, accessible at bbjili.cam ("Platform", "Site", "bbjili", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on bbjili, you ("Player", "User", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and bbjili. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the bbjili platform in any capacity. bbjili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. 2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on bbjili, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Under Philippine law as administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), real-money gambling is restricted to individuals aged 21 and above. bbjili strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Legal entities, corporations, partnerships, or trusts may not register accounts.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have been identified as a problem gambler by any regulatory body or gaming operator.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of bbjili or any related entity, nor a member of their immediate families.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on bbjili. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. bbjili uses technical and manual verification methods to identify and merge or permanently close duplicate accounts. Any balances held in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued identification document, a valid mobile number registered under your name, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bbjili account login credentials. bbjili will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your password secure.

You must notify bbjili immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. bbjili reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of suspected unauthorized access or fraudulent activity.

4. Deposits & Payments

bbjili accepts deposits via the following payment methods available in the Philippines: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposit limits, processing times, and applicable fees (if any) for each method are published in the Cashier section of your bbjili account dashboard.

All deposits must originate from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Deposits made using payment instruments belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited and will result in the reversal of the deposit and potential suspension of your account. bbjili reserves the right to decline any deposit at its sole discretion.

The currency of the bbjili Platform is the Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All balances, deposits, bets, and withdrawals are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso unless otherwise stated. bbjili does not accept or process deposits in cryptocurrencies at this time.

5. Withdrawals & KYC Verification

All withdrawal requests on bbjili are subject to the completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. KYC verification requires you to submit clear copies of the following documents:

• A valid, government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, PRC ID, or voter's ID)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing your registered name)
• Proof of address, if requested (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. Once verified, withdrawal requests via GCash and PayMaya are processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within 1–3 business days.

bbjili reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request that is associated with suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are published in the Cashier section of the Platform.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

bbjili offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and daily login rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the offer is communicated to the player.

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply on bbjili:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any withdrawal is permitted. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each individual promotion.
• Bonuses credited to your bbjili account may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion. Wagering on excluded games will not count toward the wagering requirement.
• Only one promotional bonus may be claimed per offer period unless otherwise stated.
• bbjili reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonus systems — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, pattern betting, or exploiting promotional mechanics — will have all bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.

7. Gameplay & Fair Use

All games available on bbjili are provided by licensed third-party gaming software developers including JILI Games, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and other certified providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for electronic games and real physical dealing or spinning mechanisms for live dealer games. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are audited and accurate as certified by the respective game providers.

In the event of a technical malfunction or communication failure that affects a game round in progress, bbjili reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers to the players involved. bbjili will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of technical faults beyond the Platform's reasonable control.

The decisions of bbjili's customer support team regarding disputed game outcomes, technical faults, and system errors are final and binding, subject to the escalation procedures described in Section 15 (Contact).

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bbjili and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism to interact with bbjili games or the Platform without human input
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Fraud, misrepresentation, or providing false information during registration or KYC
• Use of bbjili for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity in violation of Philippine Anti-Money Laundering laws
• Systematic exploitation of errors, glitches, or mispricings in games or betting markets
• Deposit and withdrawal cycling without genuine wagering activity
• Chargebacks or reversal of deposits after associated winnings have been wagered or withdrawn
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your bbjili account to any third party

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bbjili Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of bbjili or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on bbjili without prior written consent from bbjili. Unauthorized use of bbjili's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, bbjili, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

bbjili provides the Platform "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted access. bbjili does not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under applicable law.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

bbjili collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the Privacy Policy as published at /privacy-policy.

bbjili complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. Your personal data is collected solely for purposes related to account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and the provision of bbjili's services. bbjili will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

bbjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority
• Identification of the account as a duplicate or secondary account
• Player-initiated self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than a Terms violation, any verified, non-bonus balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to applicable withdrawal processing times and KYC requirements.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the bbjili Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

bbjili's gaming operations are conducted in alignment with the regulatory framework of PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of bbjili complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence.

14. Changes to These Terms

bbjili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bbjili will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or by posting a notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will be effective immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the bbjili Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
